Acceptance

By signing in, continuing as a guest, or otherwise using Amplio Care, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using Amplio Care

Amplio Care provides optional training tools such as tremor measurement, voice practice, movement practice, progress summaries, and an optional on-device medication nickname list.

You agree to use the app only for lawful personal purposes and not to misuse sensors, accounts, or exported data in ways that harm others or violate applicable law.

Not medical advice

Amplio Care is a wellness and rehabilitation training aid. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent Parkinson’s disease or any other condition.

Scores, trends, reports, and reminders are for personal reference only and do not replace advice from a doctor, physical therapist, speech therapist, or other qualified professional. Seek professional care for medical decisions. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, or unsafe conditions.

Accounts and data

You may use Amplio Care with Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or as a guest. You are responsible for activity under your signed-in account.

You may export or delete certain data in the app. Deleting your account removes associated cloud data we control, subject to technical and legal limits. Guest and local-only data may remain only on your device until you clear them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer provides Amplio Care “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The developer is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from reliance on training scores, missed medication reminders, exercise attempts, or inability to access the app, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes should be reviewed in the app when available.

账号与数据

您可通过 Apple 登录、Google 登录或游客模式使用 Amplio Care。您应对登录账号下的活动负责。

您可在应用内导出或删除部分数据。删除账号将删除我们控制的相关云端数据（受技术与法律限制）。游客与仅本地数据在您清除前可能仅保留在设备上。

责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者以「现状」提供 Amplio Care，不作不间断或无错误运行的保证。

除法律不可排除的责任外，开发者不对因依赖训练分数、错过用药提醒、进行练习或无法使用应用而导致的伤害、损失或损害承担责任。

条款变更

我们可能随应用演进更新本条款，并更新「最后更新」日期。更新后继续使用即表示您接受修订后的条款。重大变更应在应用内可供查阅时予以审阅。
